Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns and will exchange or refund products within 14 days of the delivery date on condition they are not damaged, returned in the original packaging and are in a resaleable condition.
If you need to return your item please send it back to the above address with your delivery note stating if you would like an exchange or refund and we will do the rest.
So long as it is unused and in the original packaging, we will refund you the price of the product. We are not responsible for anything you send back until we receive it, so we suggest you send the product back using a tracked and signed service. You will need to cover the cost of postage to return your item. The cost of the packaging is not refunded.
Hygiene sensitive products, special orders and personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged once manufacture has commenced.
Please include with the returned goods a reason for return and if you would like a refund or replacement. You can claim a product refund minus postage.
You may also return your item to our shop directly with your original sales delivery note to obtain a refund. The refund will only take place once the item has been checked by our staff.
